Lif Balogh is the Leadsinger and founder of the Swiss metal band L.IF. After struggling with mental health challenges, eating disorders, and a sense of not belonging, she made a life-changing decision several years ago and found her way back to herself through music and her work as a voice and performance coach. Her vision is to raise awareness of mental health, build a strong and supportive community, and encourage people not to let any diagnosis stop them from living their lives.

Through L.IF, the entrepreneur combines honest lyrics, powerful metal music, and a message of hope for those facing difficult times. Together with experienced musicians from the Swiss rock and metal scene, she aims to create productions of an international standard and show that mental illness, addiction, or personal crises do not define who we are, and that no one has to walk their path alone.
